I often try to set up a workout schedules and follow it. Adding a eating schedule as well with only certain days to eat unhealthy meals. It lasted about half a week. Will try again on January 1st, 2018.

A decade or so back I added up the cost of my failed resolutions and then I stopped trying. Srsly I could have gotten something I really liked instead of all this exercise equipment and gym memberships.
